GEDDES POOLS SERVICE PRICES

IN-GROUND POOL OPENINGS:

· MESH SAFETY COVERS AND AUTOMATIC COVERS:

Remove safety cover, screw down anchors, or retract auto cover, remove all plugs in skimmers & returns, replace filter and pump plugs and drain caps, back-wash pool antifreeze from lines, start-up pump/filter; chemicals are additional cost (usually 1 case of liquid shock and alkalinity increaser to balance pool chemistry). This does not include vacuuming pool.

Price for Nicholasville and South Lexington: $175.00 plus chemicals

Price for North Lexington and surrounding counties: $225.00 plus chemicals

· SOLID SAFETY COVERS AND TARPS:

*Prior to our arrival, cover MUST be pumped and debris cleared, if not additional charges will apply. Also, the customer is responsible for raising/keeping the water level under the cover so that the system can be started using the skimmers.

*POOLS LARGER THAN 20’ X 40’ MAY REQUIRE MORE CHEMICALS AND MAY RESULT IN HIGHER CHARGE FOR OPENING.

*ALL ABOVE PRICES ARE BASED ON POOLS WITH STANDARD EQUIPMENT. ANY EXTRA DECK JETS, WATER FEATURES, PUMPS, FILTERS, ETC. MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

IN-GROUND POOL VACUUMING/MAINTENANCE:

Brush/vacuum pool, empty skimmer baskets, backwash filter (as needed), test water chemistry, balance water chemistry (as needed), add sanitizers and balancing chemicals. These chemicals CAN be provided by Geddes Pools, or by the homeowner.

• At the beginning of the pool season, additional vacuuming and chemical treatments may be required to result in a “sparkling clear” pool.
• Price for Nicholasville and South Lexington: $75.00 per visit plus chemicals
• Price for N. Lexington and surrounding counties: $125.00 per visits plus chemicals
• If weekly or bi-weekly vacuuming service scheduled:

Price for Nicholasville and South Lex.: $60.00 per visit plus chemicals

POOL EQUIPMENT SERVICE CALLS:

Initial Diagnostic service call and/or minimum repair service:

South Lexington, and Nicholasville: $75.00 plus parts

North Lexington, and surrounding counties: $100.00 plus parts
